Other Information
Policies, procedures and risk assessments are fully in place to ensure the safety, welfare and care of our pupils. The Trust and Academy Council play an active role in ensuring that procedures are carried out. Mr Rob Mulvey is the Safeguarding Lead and Ms Gayle Bowmer will deputise for him in matters of child protection in his absence. The protection of children is everyone’s concern. The school is required to take any reasonable action to safeguard its pupils. In cases where the school has reason to be concerned that a child may be subject to ill treatment, neglect or other forms of abuse, we are obliged to follow the procedures established by the Nottinghamshire County Council and inform the Social Care of our concerns.
